What you need:
-A space to workout and the equipment listed for the program you are interested in
-Personal accountability and motivation to work hard (these programs and services are offered virtually and I am not there physically beside you to push you...you have to find that within YOURSELF)
Fitness and health is NEVER a one size fits all model. We are all unique, with different schedules, lifestyles, preferences and experiences. This is why I start off every client with a consultation.

I want to get to know YOU. What are your goals? Why are those your goals? How can we work as a team to reach those goals? These are the important questions I want answers to. Whether it's in person, in a video chat, or over the phone, it all starts with a conversation.

I believe in creating S.M.A.R.T.S. goals. What are those? Those are goals that are:

I won't make you false promises or give you hope for something that I have no realistic way of delivering. And I won't hold you to expectations that don't fit who you are as a person. That's why getting to know you and truly understanding your goals is important.

My education in health and fitness is life-long. And I want to spare you a lot of the mistakes I have learned myself firsthand. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as both a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutrition Coach. I use this knowledge, as well as my background in counseling and martial arts, to approach your goals with empathetic understanding and holistic health. We can't reach your goals just with working out hard. Physical hard work is great. But it's the mental discipline and education in personal nutrition that will truly create the changes we want to see. Keep in mind that your one hour workout is only a single hour out of a 24 hour day. That's only 4% of your time! I care just as much about the other 23 hours and what you choose to do with it, as I do with your workout.

WORKOUTS:
What we do and how we approach your goals is all dependent on who you are! I incorporate traditional barbell strength training, free weights, nontraditional movements like kettlebells and sandbags and offer lots of fun other physical workout methods like boxing and HIIT training. Point is, there's a lot of tools out there to add to your physical fitness tool box. I don't believe in just sticking to one.
I offer both custom and preprogrammed online fitness to help you reach whatever your goals are.

NUTRITION:
The same goes for nutrition. Here's what I won't do. Create a meal plan for you without considering what you do or don't enjoy eating. Or just tell you what to not eat.
I believe in education with nutrition and giving you the tools you need to succeed...not just now, but for the rest of your life! We'll talk about how to grocery shop, make a meal plan, meal prepping and what exactly your body needs to meet your goals. I am here to help. Not to berate you or shame you with food.

SELF DEFENSE:
I have worked in the firearms industry for 7 years doing things from running gun stores to dealing directly with the ATF/FBI in dealing with compliance and firearm safety for retail stores. I am also a certified instructor in Krav Maga and teach self defense, both with empty handed skills and firearms. Whatever your interests are: learning to defend yourself or your family, better understanding firearms, learning about the spectrum of empty-handed skills and carrying weapons, or just learning basic firearm safety principles, I'm your go to person.

I AM MY OWN CLIENT:
I would never ask you to do anything I wouldn't do myself. I lead by example and wouldn't expect more from you than I am able to do. So trust me when I say, "I get it". I know the process. I have been there. Over and over. Getting complacent and letting the weight pile on. Falling into bad habits. Getting lazy.
And I pushed on past it too. I have found daily discipline. I have earned grit and mental toughness. It's a hard daily grind. But I did it. I still do it. And you can too.
